Important, critical service update & fee change
Dear Customer
As from the 1st March 2009 we will no longer accept payment by cheque or standing order as standard, this is due to the time involved in reconciliation and chasing payments making it unprofitable.
Thank you to the majority of customers who have made the shift to our automated invoicing and credit card payment system already.
Customers who have not yet placed credit card details on file need to be aware of new fee’s
£2 – Convenience fee for payment by standing order per transaction
£20 – Convenience fee per cheque
£5 – To post an invoice
£5 – To fax an invoice
£35 – PER Phonecall for any late payments that require us to chase by phone. THESE WILL BE APPLIED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
May we remind you that invoices are due within 7 days of invoice without exception, accounts that go overdue will be suspended automatically.
Receiving invoices by email is now FREE and credit card payments are processed FREE.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card then we will waive the £20 cheque fee for accounts paid 12 months in advance.
